So many times my clients ask "how do i get great looking skin?" The answer to that is simple, but sometimes hard to do... make a routine and live by it.

I think of skin care like going to the gym...you will not get that beach body from going once a month or just when you feel like it to the gym. It takes work and dedication to maintain a nice figure, just as it does to maintain your skin.

The skin is the most neglected organ of the body. Exposure to chemical and environmental toxins every single day breaks down our body and skin. You are dealing with sun, heat, pollution, and dirty air on daily basis.

Routines with chemical peels- I generally say that the Fall and Spring are the best time for chemical peels. In the Spring and Fall the weather is cooling down and it make it much more bearable to be outside. I recommend our organic peel add on once a month for better looking skin.

and Microdermabrasion- I recommend these treatments at least every month. A good Microdermabrasion will clear out your clogged pores while a facial will hydrate your skin. Hydration in a dry cold climate is key to looking good.

Remember 1 chemical peel will not make you look 10 years younger. Many times it takes few treatment to get you where you want to be. From there it is a matter of maintaining your routine.

And finally...wear your sunscreen! Prevention is the key to having beautiful skin for the rest of your life.

Book now a facial from our face menu and start getting your skin you always dream.
