How do I sign up?

You can sign up in person at either our San Francisco or Encino location, or contact us by phone/email to enroll.
Can I share my membership with someone else?

Memberships are non-transferable and designed for individual use.
Is there a commitment period?

Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you may cancel anytime with a written notice.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes! If you’d like a more advanced treatment than what’s included in your membership, you can upgrade any month by paying the difference in price.
Do unused sessions roll over?

No. Membership treatments must be used within the same month. However, we allow a freeze of one month if needed with a written notice.
Does my service discount apply to add-ons?

Yes! Your membership discount applies to treatments, products, and add-ons - making it easy to enhance your facial with extra services at a lower cost.
Can I use my membership at both locations?

Yes! Your Idan Med Spa membership can be used at both our San Francisco and Encino locations, giving you flexibility no matter where you book.
