Cancellation Policy

By booking the appointment you agree to our cancellation policy: *We will text or email to confirm 2 days before the appointment, if you do not respond by 7PM of the day of confirmation attempt, unfortunately we will cancel your appointment. Any cancellation made after that, the deposit will be non-refundable. *No-show will result in a 100% charge of the treatment amount. *We have a 15 minutes grace period, longer than that will consider as a no-show. Any delay will be taken off your appointment.
